Brekky – Omelette (I added some onion to my usual capsicum, tomato & jalapeno filling today) and my BAC
Lunch – It was damn H.O.T today so I was craving something cold and yummy. I went into town with Master and hopped into the Korean supermarket and picked up some noodles and assorted goodies to make bibum naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles with spicy sauce).
The noodles are topped with cucumber, pear, kimchi and half a boiled egg. There is broth, spicy sauce and roasted sesame seeds in the bowl as well. And yes, you can see some ice-cubes in there as well. These suckers have to be served icy cold for the full effect. It really hit the spot and was fun to make.
Snack – Small bowl of fruit (mango, pear & strawberries)
Dinner – I had lunch at 4:30pm so wasn’t feeling very hungry and settled with two toasted wholemeal crumpets with a drizzle of honey and a cup of coffee.
